Hello!

Check out if you have lower spine problems or coccydynia.
It can be sciatica pain due to lower spine problems.

A lower spine X-rays and an examination will give a proper diagnosis.

Apply warm compress and take NSAIDs and rest with following proper ergonomics and wearing proper footwear.

Take care!

Hello!

The typical sciatica pain will refer to the inside of the thigh or medial side of the thigh and goes down the leg and is connected with lower spine problems.

Ergonomics and protecting your lower spine for future becomes more important if it is sciatica.

CT, MRI or MR neurography will help in diagnosis, follow up with an orthopedician.

Take care!
