I M MANISH FROM INDIA. I M HAVING AN ORTHOPEDIC SURGERY IN MY LEFT ARM. A PLATE HAS BEEN INSERTED IN MY LEFT ARM. MY QUESTIONS TO U ARE:-
HOW MUCH TIME MY ARM WILL TAKE TO HEAL?
IN FUTURE CAN I LIFT HEAVY WEIGHTS IN THE GYM?
WHETHER I SHOULD REMOVE THIS PLATE IN FUTURE OR NOT?
