PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

Hello sir,
  I am bond from India,my dad is 50 years old,from past 3 months he was suffering from shoulder pain which was neglected till it got more painful,a week back we had been to ortho surgeon and he asked us to get a ULTRA SOUND SCAN of the shoulder and it was identified as SUPRASPINATUS TENDON IMPINGEMENT,it is PARTIAL WIDTH TEAR OF 6mm,5mm LENGTH is noted on the BURSAL ASPECT OF SUPRASPINATUS TENDON..
we are advised by the doctor to take physiotherapy,we would like to  know how many days would it take to heal completely by physiotherepy??

PLEASE HELP US BY GIVING YOUR VALUABLE SUGGESTIONS
