Pain after bilateral derotational osteomies

I had bilateral femoral antiversion surgery when i was 15, i am now 20 with severe right hip pain. This pain keeps me up at night, makes me walk with a limp some days, & restricts me from driving. I have tried physio and taking regular pain meds but nothing seems to help. Looking for advice
