I've been lifting weights for about 3 years, but now I have a problem that don't let me train my chest or my shoulders with press/push movements. I feel pain in my shoulder (where the deltoid meets the upper trapezius muscle).
I think that is located at the AC Joint.
When I stay or do my regular daily activities I don't feel that pain, but after many hours of using that arm I can feel weekness at the affected place. When I bring my arm over my head my shoulder crack with a little sound.
I don't feel any pain when I touch or hit my shoulder, arm and the affected area.
I presume that I have a grade 1 AC joint separation or maybe grade 2. What are the grade 2 AC Joint separation
symptoms?
I didn't done the exercices that I feel pain for about 2 weeks till now. 1 week I didn't workout at all, but after that I've been doint some low intensity exercices that doesnt cause me trouble.
My problem have been evoluating gradualy, not I a big pain at a moment.
I've been taking joint supplements for 2 weeks.
I think that the problem is healing, I can feel it, but very very slow.
Suggestions? Thanks!
