Pain resulted from board breaking?

Pain resulted from board breaking?

last week,i did board breaking for my taekwondo grading.i kicked 2 boards (i believe it's pine board).on the first trial, i accidentally used a very bad technique. as a result, i felt a little pain at my right foot; the one i used for kicking.

the pain comes when i try to 'bend' or stretch my foot, walk, going up the stairs,or light jumping. it hurts at the area between the ankle and the metatarsal.

i dont exercise or put a lot of pressure on it since last week as i'm afraid it'll get worse.but i didnt get any better. there's no sign of swollen or anything on the surface.

is it likely to be a fracture?or what? is it harmful for me to run or jug or continue my taekwondo training? btw, i'm 19yrs old and i drink milk everyday.(does it actually helps?)

Go for an X-ray.
If the X-ray is normal then it has to be ligament tear.

You should slowly make your leg break boards and should not try immidiately whatever you are learning. Strengthening of muscles is very important and movements should be practiced a lot before trying!

Rest to the leg, pain killers will get you come over it in couple of weeks
