Paper on materials used in knee arthroplasty

We are writing a paper for our material sciences class on knee replacements. The paper is to be divided into five main sections one of which is marketing.

I've found that alot is done through forums, symposiums and meetings between medical professionals and the manufacturers, however would anybody be able to tell me if there are other forms of marketing, please?

Hi there!

Well, prior to effective marketing, a through market research would be required regarding the product one is trying to sell, before one takes on the meetings/ symposiums. Aside these and regular marketing techniques such as public advertisements etc; medical conferences are another important platform to introduce new products fortified with authentic research.
