Piriformis Syndrome w/complications

Am a patient with significant Orthopedic/Neurovascular --------Trama related injury to Hip/Lateral Thigh/Lower Back.  10-15 Studies over past 2 years including MRI, MRA-MRV, Ultrasound, CT, MR-Neurography Scans, etc., etc.  After 3 year injury no significant Tx plan established; now almost becoming life-threatening!!!!!!!!   Significant findings include Pelvic Sciatic Nerve Impingement/Entrapment in Left Hip@ level of Sciatic Notch w/broadening & flattening 2-3x width over 5-7 cm. length;  a gluteal pseudoaneursym of the inferior illiac artery located in US and some older CT;  the strong possibility of Ischiogluteal Bursitis w/infection possible or with possible rupture.Neuro-sensory Testing confirmed significantly "abnormal"  Findings of entire extremity with both Neuro/motor-sensory Neuropathy identified.....................Everyone is seemingly afraid to do anything due to the fact that the sciatic nerve has invaded so much territory without appropriate guidance.........Therefore the injury continues to worsen without anything being done.   It has been suggested that my case be presented at "Grand Rounds" at a large medical institution but no one has picked up on it as of yet because of its complexity.....any ideas Sir???    Please communicate any ideas directly to my E-mail (***@****) if at all possible  or if not, this location @ JUD2SKI and some how I will figue out how to retreive  it for I have just now discovered this forum and have not been able to successfully navigate it in communicating effectively.
