Please I Am Scared, Possible Tendon Tear

Strength training related most likely. I attached a picture. I have a small circular bump on each red circle mark, they are bruised. I have had it for three weeks.

When I tweaked it I thought it was a pinched nerve or something minor. They finally started to bruise up 2 days ago. I wont have health insurance until the first of February and I feel like the longer I wait the more screwed up I will be.

I continued to workout for the past 3 weeks and it only hurts doing strange things, like if I pick up a gatorade bottle the wrong way or something silly like that. The bumps are real and it just pains me to even talk about it. I really don't want to be messed up.

I need surgery don't I? Is it possible it will heal on its own or do the bumps mean its fully torn and I am screwed? Can it wait up to 6 weeks? What do I do?

I tried looking at anatomy pictures but nothing shows a tendon connection at the two bruise points.

You are over reacting. Why continue to exercise the arm, which will only exacerbate problems and risk a repetitive stress syndrome, if you believe the tendon is injured?

Pulling tendon away from bone requires a great deal of force, and is very traumatic, usually accompanied with a loud snap followed by sharp pain and much swelling and bruising. You report none of these symptoms.

While the biceps tendon coincides with your red marks, what you describe sounds more like pulled muscles or at worse, a tendon rupture, which indicate you're using too much weight and extending too far out of the curl.

Treatment for either a muscle pull or tendon rupture requires rest, ice, compression, and elevation (RICE). NSAIDs can be used, but always take NSAIDs with food, and keep to recommended doses.

After 2 weeks of RICE, you can begin PT with small weights. By then your insurance will come into effect. However, If you experience an increase pain and swelling with RICE, you should see a doctor.
