Please help me. Dont know where else to post!

Im posting this question here because my initial problem was a neuroma...Hi I am a 28 year old female who suffered for more than a year with very sharp pains that shot up the side of my foot.  I had a hard lump on the top of my foot almost by my ankle.  I went to the ER 4 different times for the pain.  I could not go to a specialist because I do not have health insurance.  Eventually I had enough of not getting any answers from the ER doctors and went to a specialist who told me it was a neuroma but he charge 2000 dollars just for the surgery itself.  I went to another specialist for a second opinion.  He told me he did not know what it was and wouldnt know until he took it out and did a biopsy.  He told me he could remove it for 250 dollars.  Of course in my desperate position, being in so much pain for so long and having no helath insurance I had the surgery done in his office.  After a month of the surgery it started to swell up like a balloon around the surgery site.  It was like it was filled with fluid.  I went into see the doctor who performed the surgery.  He extracted the fluid.  It was a very watery yellow fluid.  He sent that in for a biopsy.  It came back negative for bacteria.  He told me to keep pressure on it to prevent it from filling up again with the fluid.  I did but it did not work.  It filled up once again.  After about 4 days of it being filled with the fluid, it deflated from the pressure from my shoes.  I could feel it when it happened.  It did not come out of my skin, but rather dispersed throughout my foot.  This process of filling up and then deflating has happened about 10 times.  Now the side of my foot is swelling up from the liquid dipersing from the surgery site and my foot is beginning to ache.  My skin is also very purple and almost blue in areas.  The skin is also very thin.  I know that this is just NOT NORMAL and the fact that it is beginning to become painful is scary to me.  No one has any answers to what this is and the doctor who did the surgery has NO answers other than keep pressure on it ( has not worked at all) He did think it was a ganglion cyst at first but then said it was not because the fluid is watery yellow.  I have even done much research online to see if I can get any answers on my own.  No other specialists will see me because I am post- operation, but all I want is some answers!  I am scared and confused.  Please help me!
