Post Operative Pain Mangement and Sleep

I had a knee replacement 5 weeks ago.  I am getting around and doing the rehab very well.  However, I still have a fair amount of pain and I am taking a nonnarcotic pain reliever and celebrex.  At night, I go to sleep for an hour or two and then I wake up with knee pain and can't get comfortable or back to sleep.  What can I do to stop this problem, my orthopedist is at a loss.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Physiotherapy is very important after knee replacement. You have to come to perfect normal weight proportionally for your height .
If you have undergone at a good facility the complications are minimum and your pain will subside after couple of months.
Follow taking the anti-inflammatory pain killers and continue the advice of your orthopaedician and also continue the hard work(rehab).
You can take an anti-anxiety drug occasionally.
Take care and get well soon.!
