Post-traumatic Hallux Rigidus osteoarthrosis of big toe

I'm diagnosed of post-traumatic arthritis (Hallux Rigidus) on my left foot Big Toe,which occured as a consequence of an injury almost 3 months ago, doctor prescribed  to me Diprophos injections,of course after serious therapy consisted of galvanized electro, diatronics, laser (17 therapies),magnet.. but edemas are so  slowly decreasing,i took 1 ampule of betametazone so far, wondering how long in terms of time/how many ampules it will take to heal my big toe? Also to mention that my left Big Toe right now is 10 percent larger in volume than right foots Big Toe(at the beginning of injury  it was 20-25%  larger),and very important is the fact that i can't bend my left foot Big Toe in distal phalanx joint region, joint is stiff and reduced flexibility, from the beginning of injury! After taking one ampule of betamethasone i have very little edema decrease, now its 10 percent larger in volume than  in other big toe.
