Prosthesis

A 42 years old friend in Peru needs urgently a Hip replacement, he has a lot of pain and a very adavanced arthritis. He can not get that surgery in Peru due to his age (they only do it in Elder people), he doesn't have the money to go out of the country. Can anybody tell me if there is a solution to his problem?
