Protuding Rt Clavicle

Hi
I am 54 yrs female, last yr I fell down the stairs and noticed protuding rt clavicle, My Dr. couldn't find anything and he refered me to the specialist, he x rayed but said there is nothing to worry about but he is going to sent me for CT scan. Meanwhile I have started feeling pain in my rt side of the throat while swallowing and sometimes my ear aches also. Can anybody help me, letting me know is this could be because of clavicle protursion and what are they going to look for in CT Scan
Thanks

I broke my right clavicle on 7/11 bucked off someone's horse and it is still not healing 10/5/09 but waiting for insurance so the doctor won't operate until I have that.

The fracture is what is known as a Severe Fracture protruding through skin there is a picture here of someone else's left clavicle which resembles mine http://tinyurl.com/ybmn4zy and here http://tinyurl.com/fclvn

I also have pain in my neck or throat as an ache n I raise my right arm it shortens the shoulder and must press the broken bone into the area of my vocal cords at least that is what it looks like when I look in the mirror.

My neck, shoulder and back have been very swollen until the past week so can definitely see the break now

Hope the pictures of the broken clavicle help
when I talk very much (I train people) and whe

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello!,

A simple X-ray will reveal the position and the anatomy of your clavicle. You should go to an Orthopedician for an examination and analyzing your x-ray and if your clavicle is fine and the symptoms are not due to your clavicle you should look for throat and ear infections.

Take care!
