I injured myself while swimming 1mth back. My right shoulder popped as I execute a stroke. I felt something was off and I simply rotated it and it pop back to normal. Could it be a tendon that slipped?
There was never severe pain from the beginning but only aching, till today. Movement has regained tremendously after some massage but I realized a strain at the rotator cuff area when I tried to do a pull-up. Other than that I have snapping sound from the scapula and cuff area. I do not feel any lost of strength to lift things.
I'm very puzzled on why is there these symptoms and how long will this take to recover? Anything I can do to aid recovery? I'm worried. Doc say just rest it but it's not improving.
