Hi , i had a fall last year on my right shoulder and it has been painful since then.I tried physio therapy but it didnt work out for me at all. They first diagnosed it as a ACJ injury from an xray .Recently i was sent to do an MRI and gotten back the results. The doctor offered surgery as an option and now i need advice on whether i should go for it.
The findings are
1.mild supraspinatus and subscapularis tendinosis
2.Impression of SLAP tear at the superoposterior labrum extending from 11 to 9 oclock
3.Low-grade acromioclavicular seperation with sprain of the capsular ligaments.
Will surgery be a good option for these results? Really need some help on this :/
