SLAC Wrist Repair

I was diagnosed with a SLAC wrist almost a year ago.  I went to three different Hand Surgeons and they all reccomended different surgical procedures.  I selected a minimally invasive repair by a twin fix screw from a prominent  NY surgeon.  It didn't work.  He now suggests a four corner fusion (a fourth type of repair).  Should I seek yet another opinion?  I'm frustrated, but I don't blame the doctor.
