Shooting pains, muscle pains

I am 51 and have been model thin all my life until about 3 yrs ago when I gained about 60 pounds (depression) and have not taken it off as I never seem to have time for me.  But my question is I am experiencing lots of pain, daily, in the muscle of my arms (usually upper) and I get cramps in my legs which I never used to, and shooting pains in my hips and abdominal area.  I have not had insurance for about a year now so I can't go to the doctor.  Someone please give me some hints as to what is going on.  Thank you.  Also, I am exhausted all the time.
