Should I worry about metastatic bone marrow?

Please tell me what the following means - I had a MRI of the cervical spine with and without dye.The cervical alignment is reasonably maintained. There is some disc dehydration and disc space narrowing of the mid cervical spine most notably at c5-6. There is an area of isointense t1 and increased t2 signal which undergoes minimal enhancement in the posterior half of the body of c7. This is nonspecific but may represent an small atypical hemangioma. There is no convincing evidence to suggest any metastatic bone marrow pattern but correlation with plain films and a bone scan may be worthwhile?????
Also Broad disc herniation at c5-6 with mass effect on anterior cord and a reduced AP canal space diameter of 9mm and resulting in at least mild acquired central stenosis. Also at least mild stenosis nerve root foramina??????
Likely small atypical vertebral hemangioma posteriorly in the body of c7. Some mild uncovertebral joint degenerative changes seen at c3-4 with mild narrowing right nerve root foramen.
Please tell what this means I have looked up metastatic bone marrow and that has to do with cancer????

I have a Hemangioma on my T8 vertabra, It is a benign (not cancer) tumor of blood vessels. THey dont want to do anything with it.
So dont worry. Your report says no evidence to suggest cancer, but could request a bone scan. I had bone scan no big deal just gave me shot and ran a machine over me to xray.
