Shoulder Bursitis?

I have been going to physio for 3 months now for my shoulder. I play quarterback so I do alot of throwing. When I go to physio I get ultrasound and laser therapy on my tendons. However one tendon gets inflammed so we focus on that area (front of shoulder) then once that feels better a different tendon near the side or back becomes inflamed. I have been told it may be bursitis and recommended a cortisone shot. Is this the best option?

It's a good option...just make sure you see an orthopedic surgeon for it!
