Shoulder MRI question

I had an MRI done on my right shoulder that I paid $1,000 for and I half suspect that they falsified the report because I had it done in Montreal and they knew I was taking the report back to ontario orthopaedic surgeons and i suspect they wanted me to have to come back to their doctor and pay them more money.  To me it fully feels like a posterior labral tear this has been going on 5 years and I've done hundred of hours of research and that seems like the only logical answer to me.  Attached is a screen shot of an arthogram AX 3D INT of my right shoulder (see link below) and where you see all the contrast dye is where it feels like my shoulders are sitting.  I am able to pop it back in to place but if i do anything but have my arms forward it slips out of place again.  Can someone please give me a second opinion on this MRI, if you are willing and qualified I can supply the entire MRI as they gave me the cd and it is copied to my computer.  Please see the link below.
