Shoulder and Shoulder Blade Pain

I have had surgery on my left shoulder because I have had bone the spurs the first time they shaved them out the second time they grew back and they took out the bone Im still having pains in my shoulder but im also having them in my shoulder blade is there any reason for that and when I move my shoulder it pops and makes nosies my shoulder blade sticks out really far to just on my left side what do you think is wrong and how could I make the pain stop?

My pain is throbbing it never really stops and when I use it, it  hurts so much more.  I ice it every day about 2 times a day and even after every sport.  Hope you can help me thanks :)
