Shoulder problems??...help

I had a clavical excision and acronium decompression in Oct 2010 following an injury.  I also had Frozen Shoulder after surgery. The frozen shoulder has pretty much resolved!  I am 9 months post op and continue to have problems. I have pain on the top and front of my schoulder. I also get pain near my scapula. The pain goes down my arm, and I also have weakeness and fatigue in the arm as well.
When I walk  my arm just hangs there and barely moves.
Any suggestions????

Well, without a physical examination and probably a few tests it would be difficult to point out the cause of your symptoms. A few possibilities may include capsulitis, bursitis, tendonitis, nerve impingement, joint subluxation/ dislocation, arthritis, periostitis etc. It would be best to get this evaluated by your orthopedician for an accurate diagnosis. Depending on the cause, a management plan can be drafted accordingly.
