Shoulder recovery time

I recently had surgery to repair a torn labrum after having two dislocations within 1 year of each other. I am now ten weeks out of surgery and have about 90 percent of my range of motion back. What is my period for full return to previous level of fitness before injury? Also I am employed as a border patrol agent what is the quickest I could return to full duty?

I 'm considering surgery right now for a torn labrum. Did you ever regain full range?
