Shoulder spasms

i am a 13 year old girl i dislocated my shoulder in march.went to a&e but doctorss could not put it back in. i was kept as an inpatient. about 2 weeks later my shoulder went into severe spasm were the shoulder was constantly re-locating and then dislocating. ive had botox and a number of different surgerys known being succesful. it is not better and the spasms are constant in this time ive have damaged all the nerves in my arm, but they can not understand why this has happened. i just wondered if anyone else has any ideas. i am left with no use of my left arm, a dislocted shoulder which spasms violently all the time. open to any suggestions.
