Since Feb. 4th In Severe Torturous Pain Shoulder, Upper Arm, Top Of Spine

I'm 40 years old and suddenly in 06 I collapsed my right hip suddenly caused a limp that grew bigger, and the pain was like somebody was cutting me open awake there was no number to give you.  I was diagnosed with AVN of the right hip had it replaced five months later and basically had to use my left side /hip learned to walk on one leg, and crutches couldn't do anything other than wait for surgery.  Directly after surgery as I was on the wake up table after one of the best surgeons in the country out of Rush Hospital Chicago said the surgery went well but you're dislocated so we have to put you under again and fix it.  They never fixed it so I had another dislocation four days later after I demanded an x ray could not move my leg  out< as the hip joints help us move our legs out or in or up or down..Well
I'm fine in my right side, then had left hip surgery which was botched because I have alot of pain it was not replaced resurfaced, and ( all the while I was having alot of pain in my spine up and down my spine) but the orthos said we can't fix everything at once so nobody touched my spine.  I took pain meds for my hip and it helped my spine feel better as in pain tolerance but the problem was never looked at as in MRI etc..so a year ago an MRI SHOWED i have degenerative joint disease in my spine thus the spine took over as my primary pain and suffering. my cervical neck to my lower lumbar in every< disk has a tear , herniations, bulge, and in my upper spine aka neck i have spinal stenosis there and in my lower lumbar. Senovial fluid and tears upper spine, and the disk is sitting on my spinal cord so am not able to do ANY< THING unless I take pain meds, and tylenol. Never took a steroid before any of these surgeries fyi. and no alcohol either.  
HERE IS MY SHOULDER QUESTION  now because suddenly***** on Feb. 4th and until right now ( no changes as in the severity of the pain in my SHOULDER, AND UPPER ARM NOTHING IS BETTER JUST MUCH WORSE).  
I was going to see if it was a strain because I do remember falling on the ice and to break my fall because I'm always concerned about dislocating my hips again I quickly with my left arm grabbed onto my back door handle to
bring me up from falling my arm reached up fast and then pulled myself in...this was on or before the 3rd of Feb.
I take pain meds for my spine because I chose NOT to have surgery due to every level being in jeopardy..I AM IN CRYING PAIN SHOULD HAVE GONE TO ER ALREADY BUT INSTEAD JUST TOOK MY PAIN MEDS AND THEY ARE NOT TOUCHING ME AS IN HELPING ME FEEL BETTER OR CHANGING THE FACT THAT I HAVE NO RANGE OF MOTION, HAVE TO HAVE HELP PUTTING ON A SHIRT OVER MY HEAD, AM (UNABLE TO LIFT
MY LEFT ARM EVEN TYPING I'M TYPING WHERE MY ARM IS LOW BECAUSE THE MINUTE I MOVE TO LIFT MY SHOULDER AND LEFT ARM UP FOR ANY REASON: TO REACH FOR SOMETHING, PULLING UP SHIRTS, A WINDOW, MAKING MY BED IS IMPOSSIBLE, AND THERE IS ALSO SEVERE PAIN NOT JUST IN THE SHOULDER JOINT BUT UPPER LEFT ARM LEFT SIDE OF UPPER ARM, AND SHOOTS DOWN MY INNER, AND OUTER OF LEFT ARM FROM SHOULDER TO ARM TO THE POINT OF THE BREAK THAT SEPARATES THE UPPER ARM TO THE LOWER ARM.
IT FEELS LIKE MY HIP DID WHEN IT WAS DISLOCATED AND I HAVE BEEN LIVING WITH ALL THIS PAIN BELIEVING IT WAS A STRAIN, BUT IT IS GETTIN WORSE TEARS JUST ROLL OUT OF MY EYES.   CAN'T HOLD MY ARM UP, AND ANY MOVEMENT OF LEFT ARM IS DIER!.  
I AM ON OXYCONTIN 40MG AND PERCOCET 10MG FOR MY SPINE BUT THIS IS FOR MY SPINE NOT MY SHOULDER, AND NOBODY SEEMS TO CARE AT MY DOCTORS OFFICE I CALLED TO SEE MY DOCTOR
THIS PAST THURSDAY ( THE GIRLS IN THE OFFICE RECEPTION ARE JUST RUDE)....
IS IT POSSIBLE TO LIVE WITH A DISLOCATION STILL BE IN SEVERE PAIN WHILE ON MEDS WHICH IS NOT
GOOD TO BEGIN WITH< HAVE TO GET THIS LOOKED AT BUT ON THE WEEKENDS NOBODY WILL DO ANYTHING BUT PUMP YOU UP WITH PAIN MEDS  WHICH WILL NOT SHOW ANY DOCTOR MY REAL PAIN OR SURGEON IF I'M PUMPED UP ON MEDS SAY IF THEY KEPT ME OVER THE WEEKEND UNTIL THE SURGEONS COME IN ON MONDAY AND I CAN HAVE AN MRI.  THIS IS YET I PRAY A POSSIBLE NEW JOINT
SITUATION THAT MAY HAVE TO BE REPLACED GOD HELP ME....! OR A DISLOCATION.

MY QUESTION IS NOW THAT YOU HAVE MY BACKGROUND DO YOU THINK IT IS DISLOCATED? OR CAN
A SUDDEN JOINT SITUATION AS IN (LOSING ALL THE CARTILAGE AND BONE ON BONE SITUATION LIKE
THAT HAPPENED TO MY HIPS TWICE< THEN HAD TO BE REPLACED)... CAUSE THIS MUCH PAIN AND
WHAT IN YOUR OPINION DOCTOR SHOULD THE HOSPITAL DO FOR ME ONCE I GET THERE TOMORROW?
