So tired of it...

I was diagnosed with moderate scoliosis years ago. For the last 5 years I have had neck stiffness and pain. Two years ago I went to the emergency room because i was having trouble with a stiff neck for two weeks (I had to lift my head off the pillow by hand). I was diagnoses with herniated cervical disks. After muscle relaxers and pain relievers it went away but I have been dealing with this, seems like forever. I have to get back to work, any suggestions on "at home" methods of pain relief ( I have no insurance and was denied medicaid).

Hello!

You have to go for present day X-rays to measure the angle of the scoliosis.

Follow up with an orthopedician because if your bend is more and is progressing you will be given a supportive brace.

Follow up with a physiotherapist for learning positional adjustments in your daily living for spinal pain relief.

Take care!
