Spine pain in between my sholder blades

Why am i having such great pain in my spine in between my sholder blades? Ive had back pain for a very long time, just in the last few months ive been having this tender to touch pain in my upper spine and its taking over my day with not being able to deal with this CONSTANT PAIN!!! I have to crack my back all day long and it helps me but not for too long, if im able to crack my upper back in the area where it hurts in my spine it kinda helps but HURTS so bad and it feels like its an instant fill up of what ever im cracking and is almost crippeling i hate this and cant handle it too much longer im only 30........it ***** please help..
