Sports Injury and cramps ! Help !?
Background.
I regularly play sports and around 5 years ago had been diagnosed with ligaments problem simply due to weight as I was previously 100kg having a high non-veg diet

My current age is 22 height of 174 and weigh 84kgs and now Im totally vegetarian.I don't consume any meat and not even egg. I consume So ya Bean Milk and food products made out of So ya Bean as an alternative to Protein.

Problem:
Since the past two months I have tried to play soccer and swim in the pool but haven't been comfortable due to cramps around my leg muscles and ankle and sometimes feet.Despite Warming up before Exercising.
Why ? and what can I do about it? Is it because I'm a Veg and my consumption of Soya bean ?
