‘Dextroscoliosis’ refers to an abnormal curvature of the spine while ‘suspicious densities’ would be areas of increased density which could mean a lot of things from benign focal areas of increased calcification to a malignancy. These would need to be followed over time or investigated further. It would be best to discuss the possible options with your doctor.
