Swelling on inner side of right arm at elbow crease

On my right arm, right above the crease on the inner side is some swelling, my elbow was very painful for a while straighting it out but that got a little better.  The outer side of my arm close to elbow and down to hand hurts if I try to lift something heavy or grasp something heavy.  This started about 4 to 5 weeks ago and the swelling will go down a little until I use that arm a lot.  I work in a office and I sit for 3 to 4 hrs a day with that elbow ( close to right where the swelling is) propped on the arm of the chair and I have my arm crooked using a mouse for that long 6 days a week.  My elbow pointy bone kinda rubs on the arm of the chair depending on how I am propped or sitting.  Any suggestions on this.  Other than that I feel fine, can straighten my arm and lift it above my head with no problem. The mornings its kinda stiff and still swelled but I also sleep on it sometimes., no fever, weight loss/gain and no bad sweats.
