TFCC tear of left wrist

TFCC tear of left wrist

I am 37 years old and have a tfcc tear of the left wrist that happened on 5-6-09.  I had surgery to repair wrist that did not hold due to my job.  I had a second surgery that led to an ulna shortening, and a suvae-kapandji.  That did not hold because of my pain, so a bone graph was done on the third surgery and a bigger screw was put in, but i am still getting a sharp pain at the ball joint.  Should i fuse my wrist to get rid of the pain?  Will i be disabled? can i use my wrist,or hand again?  i was a pipe fitter, and construction worker.  Please give me some advice!  Should i fuse my wrist, or do i have other options?
