Hello!

Decrease your intensity of cycling or give a gap between days to decrease your pain. Use ice packs and intermittent NSAIDs.

Check if it is painful with normal routine exercises and walking and jogging which is more important.

If there is no pain with normal activities then there is no reason to worry and go in a slow graded and progressive way and some amount of pain will remain after 6 months as well which will decrease by a year.

If symptoms continue then follow up with your orthopedician.
