Hello
Thanks for information. I need more help. This problem started since last 4 months. For three months only some recurring pain only happened and i was able to walk with out much pain for any distance. But since last 3 weeks i am not able to walk more than 50 m due to pain. Pain starts after a few steps.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello!

I would suggest you to take complete rest and also go for a  compression  bandages and immobilization of your left knee for 2-3 weeks.

With proper physiotherapy after rest you can treat your meniscus tear. If it is locked you would need to unlock it with the help of an orthopedician by manipulation.

Surgical intervention is only required for chronic problems.

Take care!
