I know it is difficult for you ,but you should take rest for a few days and massage the using a topical gel which will relax your contracted muscles.Also note if threre are any varicose veins which may also be causing the pain.You should do yoga ,it will help you.If the pain persists even after a week,you should see an orthopedician.

Thanks. So you think it is part of the normal healing process? How long till will it take. I am not very patient. Like I explained, standing still, like doing dishes. Everything feels ok but then after a couple minutes it starts to hurt. If I walk around or sit down, the pain stops. Yes, weight is an issue. Working on that also.
How long till I should feel ok?
