I have never had fever for the last 20 years. ie Temp never goes above normal.
But I know when I have Viral fever or so or if I am unwell.
The Thigh Muscle starts aching very severely and feel warm inside the body.

Why does this happen?
And how do I relieve myself of this Muscle ache.

Thanks

Hello!

Virus releases toxins in your body and your body also releases antibodies, compliments and agents which will fight with the antigen i.e. virus and you have fever, weakness and malaise.

It is generalized and you have these muscle aches and to relieve them you need to take rest, symptomatic treatment like paracetamol to relieve the pain and fever.

Take care!
