Hello!

Lateral epicondylitis also known as tennis elbow is a condition where the outer part of the elbow becomes sore and tender.

Treatment of tennis elbow usually involves rest, ice, and medication; if this fails, then surgery can be considered.

You should also get yourself examined by an orthopedician at your cervical neck area and your arms to rule out any other complications.

Rest and do not exert till properly diagnosed and treated by your orthopedician.

Take care!
