Hello Vittu,
The only treatment for paralysis is to treat its underlying cause. The loss of function can be treated through a rehabilitation program. It consists of physiotherapy ,occupational therapy. The patient requires the support of the family.Physiotherapy aims at maintaining the strength of those muscles which have normal function and prevents them from contractures. It involves use of orthotics, braces, wheel chair to help the patient carry the normal activities. You should get his treatment done.
