Treatment Gluteus minimus tendon tear

Hi I just had a MRI and it shows a severe partial thickness tear of the left Gluteus minimus tendon near its insertion site onto the greater trochanter.  The right shows a partial thickness tear of the Gluteus minimus near its insertion site at the greater trochanter.  I also have mild bursitis of both hips and tendonitis with  edema.   I have had bilateral knee replacements.    I am post op 8 weeks for L4/L5 and L5/S1 disectomy with bone spur removal L4.  The pain in my left hip so severe I cannot walk or sit. Is there any one who has had success with any type of treatment for this condition.
