I have been suffering form the twisted pelvis for last 6 odd months. All it happened apparently because of lifting a very heavy weight. I lifted that suitcase & never found balance then. It started with a sore left knee. And residing lower back pain then. After a while an electric-shock like pain in the back started frequently. Felt like a nerve is squeezed. Doctor had an x-ray of hip joint and that came perfect. I am experiencing leg length & hip-crest discrepancy.
Please suggest the mode of treatment or any related information.
Well, without a clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of your symptoms. With normal looking x-rays the chances of skeletal structural defects or joint abnormalities are minimal while other possibilities such as neuro-muscular causes, postural issues etc would need to be considered. I would suggest getting this evaluated by an orthopedician for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management.
Hope this is helpful.
