I'm a 14 year old female. I haven't gotten any sleep last night and the only sleep I did have was from 9am to 12pm this morning. Today, I have noticed that ever since I woke up from my nap, my knees feel very weak and it kinda hurts to walk. Is this just related to lack of sleep? Is my body weak? Is something majorly wrong here? Please help, I'm worried about this.
Sleep disturbances cause weakness and fatigue in the body.
As this has occured for the first time and you do not have any history or injury of the knee you can neglect this.
Take some pain killer and try to catch up sleep and you would be fine.
