Week knees and ankles

when i was 12 i started getting some knee problems becuase they had a cracking noise and the doctor just told me i needed calcium so i took pills and it went away but now that im 17 my knees started hurting way more when i try 2 bend my knees after 5 minutes it will start hurting and then 4 weeks ago i had a soccer injury, i had a guy land on my left ankle and i heard a real loud pop and i had problems walking for 5 days and some swelling and it doesnt feel like a damaged ligament because the bone is the one that hurts more and now that a month has passed i still cant run and my foot doesnt feel firm enough to jump and it hurts when i try 2 jump but i can walk perfectly fine, i dont know what to do or take so please help me find a cure because i get deppressed when im not working out of playing soccer

why did you not visited an orthopaedician for this problem. Since you are in sports , as an active person, you should not ignore any form of pain. That too related to knee/ankle, etc.
The damage can vary from small ligament injury to cartilage avulsion to osteochindral fragment injury.
SO visit him and find out the cause.
