What do these test results mean in english...haha.

FINDINGS: OSSEOUS ACROMIAL OUTLET: The AC joint is normal. The acromion
is type 2. A physiologic amount of fluid is present in the
subacromial/subdeltoid bursa.

ROTATOR CUFF: There is a small interstitial delaminating tear of the
subscapularis tendon, best appreciated on the transverse images
(10:11-15).

LABRUM AND CAPSULAR STRUCTURES: The anterior inferior labrum is torn with
likely extension of the tear into the cartilage of the anterior inferior
labrum. The adjacent anterior inferior periosteum is thickened which
likely represents scarring.

OSSEOUS AND CARTILAGINOUS STRUCTURES: There is delamination of the
anterior inferior glenoid cartilage related to the anterior inferior
labral tear.
