I Play Softball & I Have Never Had Trouble With My Arm or ElbowElbow pain Before. Then About 2 Months Ago My ElbowElbow pain started hurting. It Hasnt Stopted this whole time. I took about 3 weeks off softball and it still didnt stop, it just wasnt as severe as when i was playing everyday. It hurts so bad when i throw. I can not put hardly any force on the ball and it kills me to snap down because it hurts so bad. Sometimes i can even feel it pop, and every once in a while when i put force on i can hear it pop and crack. It pulls at my forarm and my upper arm but the pain mainly stays at my elbowElbow pain. . The pain is only on my inner elbowElbow pain when im no using it. It even hurts to just do nothing with my arm. It throbs alot and no matter how much i ice it, it just keeps hurting.

It would be advisable to consult your doctor for a confirmed diagnosis and to plan the further management.
