Why does my my elbow crack/snap when I twist forearm (supination)?

I have been looking up the elbow anatomy and some ulnar-nerve entrapment info. I think that the ulnar nerve is being affected because I have had some faint numbness in the forearm and tingly pinky finger, but I'm not sure how to fix the elbow. It's as if it's a bit mis-aligned, so when my elbow is bent and then I twist the forearm, I get this loud snapping sound, like a tendon is popping over a joint/bone or something.

I went to a chiropractor but they really didn't seem to be able to pin point what's going on. It seems like I should be able to pop it back into alignment so it doesn't have that friction. Are there certain stretches that I can do that will ease it back into its proper place?

I recorded a quick demonstration of what's happening. https://youtu.be/N2G2Xx29Oak The first few snaps are quiet, then there's the louder one--which especially concerns me. Not much pain associated with it, but rather a great sense of relief. It's like tension builds up around the elbow, until I can twist and make it snap.

I'm a piano player, so I'm particular worried about what could happen if I ignore it. So far it hasn't kept me from playing, but I can definitely tell it FEELS different and just a little strange (since some of the nerves along the path from elbow to pinky seem a bit pinched). What should I do?

Thank you
