At your age recovery will be good so do not worry.
Have patience, go slow.
The recovery should be slow.
Walking for few days, followed by jogging, followed by running and without any pain you start kicking and play soccer finally.
Try to take the help of a Physical trainer.
Although I have been taking it easy and there has been progress, I have been having difficulties lately. Just a couple of weeks ago, I was able to start jogging and playing sports without pain. However, this past week, the back of my knees have been bugging me (no severe pain), my left ankle has been sore (ironically not the fractured ankle), and finally minor soreness to the recovering fractured ankle. Please help me figure out what is wrong. I still can't even run at full speed. I was also thinking that my knees are hurting because I'm growing.
Take rest between sports for recovery. Due to the fracture in your right leg you tend to put more pressure on the left and with recovery and proper usage of both the legs you will be fine.
As your doctor suggested that the fracture has healed and you could do sports without pain this is a clear indication of recovery.
Take some pain killers intermittently and apply ice for any inflammation.
Take the help of a trainer to build muscle and strength in your legs.
You should be in a normal BMI and maintain healthy body weight with proper balanced diet during growing years.
