Would like 2nd opinion about cervical spine xray

I experience a distinct clicking sound and sensation when I turn my head to the right or tilt it down and to the left. The sensation can be easily felt by placing fingers behind my left ear. I fortunately only have slight pain and slightly less mobility when looking towards my left shoulder.

The radiologist here noted nothing unusual at C1-C2 although they noted osteoarthritis in C4-C5. I am a 48 year old male. During a Frisbee game last year I landed hard on my shoulder/neck and think it is more likely that I have some sort of traumatic issue rather than simply osteoarthritis.

Does there appear to be anything wrong in the C1-C2 area?

I would appreciate advice on what to do next: 1) just live with it 2) ask for CT scan 3) ask for MRI 4) neck exercises 5) Physical Therapy 6)?
