Wrist Cracks

Since i was little my wrists crack when i twist them, its not a crack its more like my bones rubbing together. Recently if i put any pressure or hold something in my left hand my wrist i have allot of pain. The cracking noise became more intense and i can hear a bone rubbing against something. Should I go see an orthopedic surgeon?

Yes,you should go see an orthopaedic doctor,but,my opinion is you are suffering from chronic soft tissue injury in wrist ligment area,nothing about bone rubbing.Take care!
