Wrist hurt year after surgery

Hi!  Last April, about eight months ago, I got into a bicycle accident and had 10 fractures.  Yes, 10.  5 in my right wrist.  I had surgery on it and now it's starting to hurt again.  The pain in in the stabbing, stinging category.

What can I do about this pain?  Will it last forever?  Is it going to be expensive to fix?

Wish I had all the answers.......however are you knowledgeable about 'gwen,  h.a.a.r.p. , elf  , etc?  Then you know as much as me.  Pain is a bad thing and still bother me from time to time in my l-wrist, broken in 11'09.  You'll have to follow your own head on this.  I use a 'deep tissue masssager' on mine and it helps.  I nursed many years back and some got success others don't.   I prefer my limited use above things like fusions.  Roam the internet on these subjects and get a trusted person to talk to.....
