Wrist pain when twist

I'm sorry, it's not quite a hand problem but i couldn't find an arm topic! I injured my arm approx 2 months ago at work whilst blocking a doorway. Someone pulled the door against my arm very hard for what seemed like ages. Afterwards i got a huge bruise just above my elbow, but no swelling. Since then, i've not been able to turn/ twist my arm without a shooting pain from the bump in my wrist down to my elbow. Also pain when trying to stretch my hand span to play the piano or when turning a car steering wheel for a sharp bend.

Any one have any idea how to stop this or what it is?

Thanks for the suggestion. Yeah the symptoms fit but that sounds like a worst case scenario problem. On the other hand, it does help to describe my current difficulties. Is it possible it could just be a sprain even though it's been going on for over 2 months?

Look up Kienbochs Disease on-line and see if any of the symptoms match what you're experiencing.
